Noble Energy moving to former HP building in Northwest Houston

The former 10-story Hewlett Packard (HP) building at 20555 SH 249 is to become Noble Energy's new global headquarters.  Noble Energy plans to consolidate 700 employees from three locations into the building which will be known as Noble Energy One. The move to the new Northwest Houston location at the SW corner of HWY 249 and Louetta is scheduled to occur in July of 2013. Caldwell Companies have SOLD the 51.75 acres it had listed on the south side of Louetta close to the Louetta Glen intersection.  Since March of 2011, the property had been listed on for $2,817,787.  Earlier in 2012, the property had been partially cleared.
