What's going on in the Spring Texas Real Estate Market?  Single family home sales increased through the roof. Average and median home prices remain stable. Active listings drop below 1,000. Increase in sales and a decrease in active listings push months of inventory lower. What’s in a name? – T.C. Jester

The story behind the names of the streets of Spring Texas. T.C. Jester is a main South - North street through Spring.  It connects F.M. 1960 to F.M. 2920 and runs through the subdivisions of Olde Oaks, Terranova West, Spring Creek Oaks, and WindRose. T.C. Klein ISD rezones with opening of Zwink elementary
